Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes! While we specialize in US GAAP standards and QBO, we support global businesses across Canada, Australia, the UK, and Europe using QuickBooks Online, Excel, or Google Sheets.
How do we share financial files or spreadsheets securely?
We use secure, encrypted cloud environments (Google Workspace / Microsoft OneDrive) and accountant-level access within QuickBooks Online. We never request your direct bank passwords.
For QuickBooks Online clients, we use secure QuickBooks Online Accountant access and read-only bank feeds when available. For Spreadsheet-based clients, financial files can be securely shared through approved encrypted cloud storage or file-sharing platforms.
What if my business is managed entirely on Spreadsheets right now?
We’ve got you covered. We can maintain and optimize your current Excel or Google Sheets models, or seamlessly transition your financial records over to QuickBooks Online when you’re ready.
Do you require long-term commitments?
No. Our ongoing bookkeeping services are offered on a flexible month-to-month basis, so you can scale or adjust your support as your business needs change.
What are your working hours?
Our regular working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (UTC+8), Monday through Friday. We also offer flexible availability to accommodate clients across U.S. and international time zones when needed.
Can you accommodate U.S. and international business hours?
Yes. We understand the importance of timely communication when working with our clients. While our regular working hours are based on UTC+8, we offer flexible scheduling for meetings, communication, and time-sensitive tasks to accommodate your business needs.
